This training is recognised nationally and covers both food safety knowledge and practical application required for modern food-handling environments. Local councils often require this training to meet basic food safety and hygiene standards.

Combined Course -167 & 168 (Online + In-person)
Complete both unit standards in one course.
- Self-paced online learning (typically completed within 2 weeks, with up to 1 month access)
- Includes a 4-hour in-person practical component for Unit Standard 167
Completing both unit standards together provides a convenient way to gain both knowledge and practical skills within one course, with most of the training delivered online for flexibility. Individual unit standards can also be completed separately if preferred.
