Straight 2 Work (FREE)

TREE HOUSE works with people registered with Work and Income and interested in the hospitality and retail industries at foundation level toward increasing the skill level of those currently working with customers in retail and hospitality. We believe in making real connections between learning and industry employment in the industries we service and help develop.

Straight 2 Work are pre-employment training programmes we collaboratively developed with industry partners and Work and Income for people to gain skills tailored specifically to industry sector requirements. This means that the training provided is relevant to the needs of the employers within that industry.

Straight 2 Work aims to provide employers with trained employees and enable people to move towards sustainable employment.
